what am I working on now?

I am intrigued by microbial interactions within engineered wastewater systems. I'm presently working with Dr. Kartik Chandran @ Columbia University on characterizing important metabolic pathways in wastewater digesters. This could give us clues on gaps that need to be filled in microbial network interactions and also has significant energy conservation implications.
